We take reasonable care to ensure the product is of good quality. However, we understand sometimes the product can be defective, caused by multiple factors, including shipping etc.
In the event that a product is defective, you can contact us via email and show us pictures and/or videos of the defective products.

Once ascertain that the product is defective, you can initiate a return which include sending the product back to our return address. Once we received the item, we would send out a replacement and offer some free gifts as a token to compensate the trouble and inconvenience caused.

Please do not send back the item unless we have processed the request through proper conversation. Thanks for understanding.
